This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-known company with a strong base of existing products and the opportunity to help develop, improve and manage the day-to-day Quality Operations.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, and improvements of Quality Systems (QA)
- Establish and maintain the documentation system
- Responsible for interacting with suppliers and customers and managing all quality agreements
- Manage the division product complaint system
- Lead a team or project
The qualified candidate will have:
- Minimum of BS Degree in Engineering or related scientific filed of studies
- 3 to 5 years of FDA quality systems compliance for Food or Pharmaceutical / Medical Packaging
- Experience with Food and GMP audits to include AIB or similar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Certified in either CQE, CQA and ISO Lead Auditor
- Lean, Six Sigma and quality standards experience or certification
- RAPS certification with a current RAC is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to travel as required
