VP of Franchise Sales and Development – FILLED
The Wellington Group has been engaged to find an experienced franchise development professional with experience in QSR, Fast Service or Restaurant strategic operational knowledge. This is a critical new position with a well-known company with a strong brand and the opportunity to help develop and manage the growth of the overall organization. We are seeking a strong communicator with strategic sales and operational expertise with a solid network of industry contacts for this position.

The qualified candidate will have:
- Minimum of BS Degree is required, MBA or Graduate Degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5-10 years in franchise sales, operations and development
- Experience within the restaurant, fast service or QSR space with a major brand is ideal
- Ability to work with and present to Sr Management, Investors and Key Stake Holders
- Proven track record of successful business development, branding and sales
- Experience with multi-unit, large staff operations is ideal
- Experience with franchise renewals and succession planning
- Strong communicator with the ability to lead a team
- Able to travel and work in the field as needed
