Product Innovation Technologist – FILLED

Position Requirements:
- Translates new opportunities for assigned areas and products and creates new innovations, in cooperation with others and in line with the business / brand
- Scale-up and implement new products/processes/applications in operational environment, according to all applicable guidelines
- Provide technical sales support to prospects and customers
- Initiates, designs, develops, tests, monitors, refines, new or improved products / processes / applications
- Sets up, plans, executes and analyses experiments, and reports results, taking into account possible risks, in line with test set-up and strategy of the R&D department
The qualified candidate will have:
- BS Degree is required, Master’s Degree is preferred
- 4 to 6 years in food, beverage, flavor or seasoning manufacturing experience is preferred
- Experience and interest in process technology and the transfer from R&D
- cGMP manufacturing or production experience
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and process optimization
- ISO, Lean and Six Sigma experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work with as a team member and with internal/external clients
