The Wellington Group has been engaged to find an experienced IT Support Specialist to work on a contract to hire basis supporting a new outsourced IT project. This role is part of a team within a technology services provider, delivering business solutions to its clients. The service this group will support includes customized network monitoring services and network / software surveillance to assurance maximum uptime and network efficiencies of this global software company.

IT Support Specialist position responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze client’s network and services for potential issues to user community
- Service outage restoration, hardware issues and backup
- Windows and Linux system administration
- Windows Active Directory Management
- Amazon AWS support
- Server patch management
- Dell systems maintenance
The qualified IT Support Specialist candidate will have:
- 3+ years experience with Windows administration and AD Management experience
- 2+ years VMWare management experience (Windows and Linux is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with working in an IT support role handling operational and support tickets
- Server patch management and patch software
- Amazon AWS support
- Dell systems maintenance
- Able to work on call and in a rotating shift to provide client network coverage as needed
