We are seeking a driven leader to help franchise stores growth, develop and maximize results in domestic markets while maintaining a great customer-brand experience all while ensuring operational compliance. Franchise Operations Director Job Functions:
- Ensure Franchise Operator compliance with company operational tools and support
- Assist Franchise Operators in understanding and maintaining proper inventory levels sufficient to satisfy customer demand and business growth
- Works with Franchise to build sales to achieve company forecasted sales
- Approves and organizes all store opening activities with franchises and company support
- Provide operational guidance and support to maximize Franchise Operator’s investment
- Facilitate and assist quality communications between all Franchise support departments
- Act as POC for the franchise community and the company
- Assist in roll-out, new product training, CPG sales and other branded items
The qualified Franchise Operations Director candidate will have:
- 10+ years experience in multi-unit, franchise operations or support role
- 3+ years in QSR or fast casual retail stores, with food and beverage production is a plus
- Hands-on experience working with food and beverage preparation, sales and customer satisfaction
- Financial management to include business planning and accounting for franchise stores and regions
- Proven experience with strategy development and execution
- Experience with customer loyalty programs and social media or marketing campaigns
- Strong communication skills, able to work with a diverse community and produce well-written reports
- Experience supporting and leading multi-unit franchise operations
- Able to lead and manage a large workforce
- Able to travel extended periods of time
